He has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and a PhD (Psychology) from the University of Cape Town. She further completed BPsych Hons Program of Equivalence with the University of Johannesburg. She holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Fort Hare, Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Limpopo, and another Masters degree in Social Sciences Methods from the University of Stellenbosch. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Venda.
