We now have a maintenance contract in place whereby IT Experts visit our premises on a weekly basis to perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades and backups. They also visit our office on an ad hoc basis to perform required tasks. They were particularly considerate and helpful when it came to our recent server upgrade during which they went out of their way to limit downtime. In addition to the above, we also use IT Experts as supplier for our hardware upgrades and maintenance.
