Komatie is a 1400 hectare game farm situated in Baltimore, near Groblers Bridge (Botswana border) in the Limpopo province of South Africa. We boast a wide range of plains game like impala, kudu, waterbuck, oryx, giraffe, red hartebeest, eland and zebra, as well as rare game like rhino, buffalo and sable. The occasional hyena and different cat species have been spotted and troops of baboons and monkeys as well as plenty of jackal and rabbit varieties and small game like duiker and steen- and bushbuck makes up the wild life. The guesthouse is equipped with air-cons and en-suite bathrooms as well as full DSTV in the living room. Extra mattresses for children or so can be provided, should it be required. A swimming pool for the hot African bush days and a self-catering bar to quench your thirst are comfortably located at the guest house. The guesthouse is self-catering and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware, microwave, gas stove with oven and fridge. Meals can be prepared and enjoyed around the table or the camp fire. For those who want to enjoy the African bush at night time, there are braai facilities, (enough braai-wood will be provided, more wood can be bought extra at R20 p/bundle) or chairs around a bush fire can be utilized to enjoy a magnificent view of the Milky Way in the night sky or just to soak up the night time bush sounds. Each bedroom has an en-suit bathroom with hot water, bath and shower facilities.
